Job summary We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced clinical pharmacist to work within our growing team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. You will support all aspects of medicines management across our PCN including medication reviews, medicines reconciliation, the management of systems to ensure safe prescribing and offer support to the wider PCN team.
