As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will work closely with the Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) Operational Manager to drive the delivery of integrated, high-quality services. Providing visible clinical leadership, you will support effective coordination of care, foster collaboration across professional groups, and ensure excellent patient outcomes. You will oversee clinical practice, support colleagues, and promote continuous improvement, ensuring services align with organisational objectives and best practice. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary partners to develop local services with a focus on quality and safety. You will provide professional support and leadership to nursing and clinical staff, championing evidence-based practice and workforce development initiatives to achieve key objectives and deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications
Essential
- Current professional registration with the relevant regulatory body (NMC or HCPC) and evidence of ongoing professional development. Educated to postgraduate level, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience.
