Job description
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Near Gravesend, Kent
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Alvo recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home near Gravesend, Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a RGN or RMN who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the leadership and clinical management of the home.
- Be a qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC PIN
- Have previous experience working within a nursing home environment
- Ideally have previous clinical management or supervisory experience
- Be a confident and strong leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and person-centred care
- Be passionate about delivering high standards of care and achieving positive outcomes for residents
- Salary up to £55,000
