We are a growing company with lots of opportunities for progression.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in need of assistance. We are a wrap-around care service, meaning we focus on delivering consistent, attentive support rather than short “in-and-out” visits. We believe in truly caring for the person you are with building meaningful relationships and providing companionship alongside essential care.
As a new and growing company, we are actively building our customer base and offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team from the early stages, helping shape the quality and culture of our service.
Our approach ensures that every customer receives not only practical support, but also emotional reassurance, dignity, and respect in their daily lives.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Offer companionship and emotional support, building trusting relationships with customers
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light cleaning
- Administer medication in line with care plans and company policies
- Support customers with mobility and safe transfers
- Accompany or drive customers to appointments and social activities where required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Use positive behaviour management techniques to support emotional well-being
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or senior care is essential
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required
- Willingness to travel between customers and support them in the community (Colchester, Kelvedon & Maldon)
- First Aid certification or relevant training is desirable
- Experience or training in medication administration is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)

Working Hours
- Shift patterns available: 07:00 – 1500 or 15:00 – 23:00
- Every other weekend work
- Flexibility may be required based on customer needs
