Position Details
- Role: Care Worker
- Setting: Domiciliary / Community Care
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
- Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Start Date: Immediate
We are urgently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team in the Copeland area.
Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the care sector.
You'll provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence while delivering high-quality care with dignity and compassion.
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with meal preparation and hydration
- Support clients with medication prompts
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility where required
- Complete accurate care records
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
- £14.10 per hour – Weekdays
- £14.40 per hour – Weekends
- 44p per mile mileage allowance
- Bank Holidays paid at Time and a Half
- Full training provided
