Job description
Complex Care Professionals Ltd is a growing, forward-thinking organisation with branches across the North West. We are committed to putting people first—both our clients and our staff.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to grow and develop our services.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, rota management, and the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate care packages from referral through to delivery
- Manage and optimise staff rotas (holidays, absence, coverage)
- Recruit, onboard, and support care staff
- Liaise with clients, carers, and professionals (GPs, Commissioners, Nurses)
- Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and service quality
- Conduct staff supervisions and support performance management
- Support business growth through client relationship management
- Participate in an on-call rota
- Experience in a domiciliary care coordination role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Experience with rostering systems (e.g. Access Planner desirable)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- £23,133 - £26,500
