As a Home Care Assistant, you'll be supporting individuals with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care. The role involves helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and offering companionship with a listening ear and friendly conversation. No previous care experience or qualifications are necessary as we provide full training. We're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and passionate about helping others. The Role of a Home Carer

  • Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care

About you: Above all, were looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

Youll bring

  • A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
  • A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
  • A full UK driving licence (Preferred)
  • Flexibility to work alternating weekends
