Job description
Apply now to join our great team of Care Assistants here at Care Outlook to help improve the lives of the vulnerable and elderly in their own homes in the EAST SUSSEX area, guaranteed hours available.
Important Information Sponsorship Available Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor candidates applying from outside the UK, as Home Office rules no longer permit the overseas recruitment of care workers. We may, however, consider candidates already living in the UK with valid immigration permission who are eligible to switch into the Skilled Worker route under the current transitional arrangements. All other applicants must hold a full, unrestricted right to work. Right to work and eligibility will be verified in line with Home Office guidance before any offer is confirmed.
As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

The Requirements
- Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
- Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
- Working every other weekend.

- Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as youre available to do.
As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.
No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
To support non-drivers, we offer an electric bike scheme with contributions towards the cost of a high-quality electric bike to help you get around for work.
