This position is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working hours. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, your role will involve helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, sharing great moments and memories, and undertaking varied tasks. You will support residents with their food, drink, and following care plans, ensuring each resident has individual attention. To qualify for this role, some experience in caring for older people is required, along with a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
