As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, your role involves helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This includes assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing memorable moments. Every day will bring different tasks, making the work varied and rewarding. Your responsibilities may range from supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, to ensuring personalized one-to-one time with each resident. This position allows you to use your skills meaningfully and advance your career in a fulfilling environment. We're looking for individuals with some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the necessary compassion to deliver the highest standard of care to our residents. You will be provided with all the training necessary to succeed and the flexibility to cover shifts as needed, such as during annual or sick leaves.
