The job is a casual, part-time role with flexible working where one helps residents at a Barchester care home enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with residents. This role involves supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with each resident.
