As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with residents. The role offers a chance to bring dedication and compassion into a fulfilling environment where every day is different. Tasks range from helping residents with food and drink to following care plans and ensuring one-to-one time with each resident. Applicants must have some experience in caring for older people, possess a can-do approach, and have excellent communication skills. The role offers flexibility and numerous free learning and development opportunities.
