This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is rewarding. To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. In return, you'll receive flexible hours and plenty of learning and development opportunities. This position is to provide cover as needed, such as for annual leave or sick leave. - Some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, empathy and a warm-hearted approach, and a can-do attitude.
