This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Daily tasks include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. This role offers the opportunity to bring dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, with work ranging from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring one-on-one time for residents.
