As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for helping residents enjoy their day-to-day lives by ensuring they receive quality care and support. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and creating meaningful moments and memories with the residents. You will be part of a varied and rewarding work environment, taking on diverse tasks such as supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring every resident receives one-on-one attention.
