Care Assistant - Bank - Care Home

This role involves helping residents at a Barchester care home enjoy each day. Responsibilities include providing support and companionship, sharing moments and memories, and ensuring residents receive quality care. This flexible, casual role involves varied tasks like supporting residents with meals and drinks, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with each resident, offering an opportunity to use and develop your skills in a meaningful way.
