This role involves helping residents at a Barchester care home enjoy each day. Responsibilities include providing support and companionship, sharing moments and memories, and ensuring residents receive quality care. This flexible, casual role involves varied tasks like supporting residents with meals and drinks, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time with each resident, offering an opportunity to use and develop your skills in a meaningful way. Experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are required. Compassion and empathy are essential for delivering high standards of care.

ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.
