As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with residents. Expect a varied and rewarding job where each day will be different. You could be supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, or ensuring that each resident has one-to-one time.
