This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you'll help residents by ensuring they receive quality care and support. The role involves providing daily living assistance, companionship, and sharing special moments. Each day will vary, offering both rewarding and meaningful work. Duties may include supporting residents with meals and following care plans. Relevant experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills are required.
