This role requires providing support and companionship to residents in a flexible working environment. The responsibilities include assisting with daily living, following care plans, and ensuring residents' needs are met. You will be engaging with residents in a meaningful way, ensuring their days are enjoyable. The role is varied and rewarding, with the opportunity to develop your career through training provided by the company. The position is to cover shifts as needed, such as for annual leave or sick leave. Experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and compassion are essential.
