We’re looking for enthusiastic Care and Support Workers (on day shifts) to join our dedicated team at Strode Park House in Herne, supporting people to live with dignity, independence and confidence every day. Strode Park House is a residential home with nursing care for 55 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs in Herne, Kent. We’ve been delivering care since 1946, and this residential home is where it all started. The team at Strode Park House ensures our residents live in a safe and secure environment; each person’s individual wellbeing, dignity and choice is vitally important within the community of residents who live at or come for a short break. Early - 7.00am - 1.30pmLates - 1.30pm - 8.00pmNights - 8.00pm - 7.15am

Strode Park House provides care on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This means we value reliable and flexiblestaff.
