Company and Role:You will be supporting a gentleman in his 50s who is living with the effects of an acquired brain injury. He lives independently in his own home but requires structured support, prompts, and encouragement with daily activities.The role involves helping the client maintain independence, engage with the community, and follow daily routines while ensuring his safety and well-being.Key Responsibilities Providing 1:1 support in the client’s home and communityPrompting and supporting with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, routines, and household tasks)Medication administration in line with training and care plansSupporting the client to attend community activities and social groupsEncouraging engagement in structured activities and therapy routinesMonitoring wellbeing and reporting any concernsSupporting with meal preparation and maintaining a balanced dietDriving the client to appointments and activities where required You will be part of a wider team working collaboratively to help him maintain independence and quality of life.Requirements: Medication trainedExperience supporting individuals with complex care needsFull UK driving licence with access to a vehicleCompassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a person-centred, rewarding roleSupport from a dedicated multidisciplinary teamOngoing training and professional developmentA role where you can make a real difference every dayHoliday pay, Sick pay and Pension contributions, to name a few!
