We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Taunton.

Cygnet Hospital Taunton provides acute inpatient admissions service for men and women and a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with a learning disability.

Your Day-to-Day…

£13 per hour + 12.1% annual leaveYou’ll be working with individuals within the acute male or female ward, our Male learning disability ward, or our new male neuro cognitive service line. Coming soon, on a bank contract.• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required• Safeguard• Maintain a safe and clean environment for allYou are… • Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives• An excellent communicator and a good team player• Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment• Helping to empower & support service user independence.Why Cygnet?
