About the Role We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to work across a variety of adult and children's services, including residential homes, supported living, and community-based settings. You'll support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, and complex care requirements. We offer short-term and long-term placements, with a variety of shift patterns available, including:

Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needsEncouraging independence and promoting choiceAssisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household dutiesSupporting individuals to access the community and attend appointmentsBuilding positive, professional relationships with service usersAdministering medication where trained and requiredMaintaining accurate records and reporting any concernsPromoting safeguarding, dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care at all times Pay & Benefits

Minimum 3 months' experience as a Support Worker Experience working with adults and/or children in residential, supported living, or similar care settingsCompassionate, reliable, and professional attitudeExcellent communication and teamwork skillsRight to work in the UKEnhanced Adult & Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Desirable

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or similar Full UK driving licence
