As a Bank Band 6 Specialist Nurse, you'll step into a rewarding role providing high-quality, trauma-informed care and support across our Community Mental Health Teams. - What You'll Be Doingo Experience of working within an adult community Mental Health Service settingo Ability to hold a caseload of patientso Complete risk assessment and care planning documentationo Develop and deliver recovery focused careo Provide information and psycho education surrounding mental health conditions and medication.
- Uphold legal frameworks which underpin service delivery.
- Assess risks, the management of risks and effectiveness of interventions.
- Monitoring and administration of medication , knowledge of medicines safety/ side effects etco Working autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
Essential
- Part III or 13 of NMC live register
- Degree/diploma in adult, mental health or learning disability nursing
Desirable
- Years experience
- Direct experience working with patient group
Knowledge
Essential
- An understanding of relevant clinical practice/standards within identified clinical area
- Basic IT skills
Experience
Essential
- Appropriate knowledge/experience of working in mental health/learning disability clinical practice areas
- Understanding of caseload management and care co-ordination responsibilities
- Experience working in a CMHT setting
