What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UKNVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualificationNVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towardsBank Senior Care Assistant role, for this role you must have the flexibility to work night and weekend shifts as and when requiredDaytime shifts are from 8am to 8pm and night shifts are from 8pm to 8am A day in the life of a Bank Senior Care Assistant

Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independenceReview - You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs.Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant waySocial Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.
