To work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multi-disciplinary framework and maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse.
To work in accordance with the principles set out by the NMC at all times and Trust Policies.

Experience
Essential: - RN&RNA: Nursing /Registered Nursing Associate in an acute hospital environment within the last 12 months as an NMC registrant
Qualifications/training and professional development
Essential
- RN&RNA: Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register OR Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
- RN&RNA: Completion of a preceptorship programme or significant demonstrable experience
Skills, abilities and knowledge
Essential: - RN: Time management skills OR RNA: Evidence of time management skills and ability to prioritise
