Bank Registered Nurse

Agincare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse to be a part of their team in High Wycombe. This role is perfect for experienced nurses seeking a change or newly qualified nurses looking to start their career in residential services. The position offers an hourly wage of £24.21, along with benefits such as a refer-a-friend scheme, career development opportunities, fully funded training up to QCF level 5, a Blue Light care discount, and a company pension. Responsibilities include providing personal care to residents, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure care needs are met, administering medication safely, and participating in resident activities. Applicants should have a valid NMC pin, evidence of recent clinical CPD, previous experience in a care home setting, and flexibility to work various shifts. A minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK is required, but visa sponsorship is not provided.
