Provide the administrative function and support to the clinical physiology team.
Contacting and booking patients. Insuring all the available slots are filled to maximise efficiency.
Supporting the patient's attendance in the department including meet and greeting patients, explaining the test procedures, providing help and support to the patients and physiology team as necessary during the procedure.
Ensuring the patients journey runs smoothly and efficiently through the unit.

Qualifications and/or Knowledge
Essential
- Good Numeracy and literacy skills Basic Computer skills(MS office, excel skills) NVQ II or equivalence Understanding of patient care in an hospital Out patient setting Demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality and data protection in a hospital setting Evidence of personal development through experience and training.

- Experience in dealing with the general public
