It can involve: supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care, helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea, providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation, helping with medication. What We Offer: fully funded professional training, qualifications and career development, flexible contracts to suit you, £12.75 per hour, refer a friend earn up to £1,000, Blue Light discounts & pension scheme. You dont need previous care experience, as long as you bring a warm and compassionate nature with great people skills and a positive, team-focused attitude, a full UK driving licence, flexibility to work alternating weekends, and a minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
