We are seeking compassionate, adaptable nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in community settings.
Essential Requirements
Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Successful completion of an NMC preceptorship programme.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
Full UK driving licence.
Access to a vehicle insured for business use.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong assessment, care planning and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and respond to changing patient needs.
Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based care.
Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, equality, and diversity.
Flexible approach to working patterns and service needs.
Desirable
Experience in community nursing, mental health community services or integrated teams.
Experience of lone working and caseload management.
