An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Tayside housing support service in Errol.

We are looking to recruit team players who have excellent communication skills and an ability to think creatively. Are you passionate about creating more opportunities for community participation and promoting independence?

We are looking for dedicated, open minded team players with strong communication skills, who are outgoing and have a great sense of humour. If you're passionate about promoting community inclusion and building independence, we would love to hear from you.

The autistic gentleman we support enjoys engaging in all kinds of activities in their local community such as swimming, walks, drives and arts and crafts. This role is an excellent opportunity to support someone to engage in activities that they love and develop independence and new skills, working within a wider multi-disciplinary team.

An experience never to be forgotten. From the very first day meeting with the supported individual and the team of dedicated staff, we developed a close knitted relationship built off trust. One area I found to be very influential in their life was humour and this is one thing that I love about them.

A full UK driving license is desirable for this role, though not essential. Drivers help us offer more opportunities for supported individuals to engage in their communities.
