Job description
Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
Location: Amersham
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 basic, plus performance-related commission (OTE £80,000-£100,000)
We are a CQC-registered, leading independent clinical audiology practice, established in 2006. We operate multiple full-time, purpose-built hearing clinics across London and are currently on an ambitious growth trajectory, expanding into carefully selected locations across London and the South East, including Amersham.
We specialise in comprehensive diagnostic audiology and hearing aid provision, working closely with ENT consultants to deliver a premium, patient-centred service.
We're looking for a motivated Audiologist to join our team and be part of our continued development. Working in bright, modern clinics with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, you'll have a varied role that draws on the full breadth of your audiological knowledge and skills, including:
- Adult diagnostic testing for ENT
- Paediatric audiology
- Tinnitus assessments and management
- Adult auditory rehabilitation, working to the highest clinical standards and routinely using Real Ear Measurement and Speech in Noise testing as part of a client-centred, evidence-based, holistic approach to hearing care
- Prescribing and fitting the latest hearing aid technology from all the world's leading manufacturers, creating individualised treatment programmes based on patient needs
- Ear wax removal clinics
- Minimum BSc or MSc in Audiology
- HCPC registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 1 year in the NHS
- Enthusiastic, professional and passionate about Audiology
- Focused on providing outstanding, patient-centred hearing care

- A strong team player in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills
