This established, five-surgery mixed NHS and private practice in Newcastle is offering a rare opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a stable, low-turnover team, with a genuine route to future practice ownership. The Principal is looking for a long-term successor who will grow alongside the practice and, over the next five years, take the reins as owner.
