Job description
Job summary We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, self-motivated individual to join our clinical pharmacy team as an Advanced Pharmacist - Women and Children. This is fixed term 12 month post to cover maternity leave. You will provide a clinical pharmacy service to our womens and childrens wards. Therefore significant recent and relevant experience of providing a clinical pharmacy service to paediatrics is expected. You will also be responsible for providing directorate support to the women…
