As an Accuracy Checking Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of healthcare products before they reach our clients. - Perform detailed accuracy checks on healthcare and nursing supplies to verify correct labelling, packaging, and documentation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or defects promptly, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate records of all checks performed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy, nursing, and social care teams to support seamless service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to Healthnet Homecare’s health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of checking processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Previous experience in accuracy checking, quality assurance, or a related role within health, nursing, or social care sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to report findings clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
