Job description

Managing and maintaining existing client accounts and ensuring healthy relationships are sustained.
Managing payroll for existing employees and ensuring payments are made on time.
Managing monthly invoicing and ensuring payments are received within the agreed timeframe.
Cultivating and managing both immediate and long-term customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
Aligning with customers to achieve annual operating plans and operational targets.
Supporting high-level plans, contractual commitments and joint business objectives.
Liaising with teams across the organisation and influencing cross-functional teams.
Developing and executing daily business plans, using a range of strategies to optimise profitability and minimise costs.
Developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Strategically developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the client base.

Experience in payroll, invoicing and payment monitoring.
Ability to manage client accounts and achieve operational and financial targets.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant CRM/accounting systems.
A relevant qualification or experience
