Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, dynamic, Health visitor to join our team in Central locality, Stoke on Trent. Due to new funding, we have a post available for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse: Health Visitor, within the Stoke on Trent, 0-19 Integrated Health visiting and School Nursing service.This is based at Shelton Primary care Centre and is 0.8 WTE (30 hours).
