A Senior Care Assistant is essential within our care home, providing vital support to the nursing team with clinical duties. They ensure residents receive high-quality care by assisting with medical tasks such as administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and updating digital care plans. Their role bridges the gap between nursing staff and residents, ensuring seamless and efficient care delivery. With an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Senior Care Assistants bring expertise and professionalism, enhancing the overall care environment.
