The Cotswold Home is situated in a beautiful area close to the lovely town of Burford. Offering the highest levels of residential and nursing care provided by a team of experienced and committed staff.

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse for the provision of nursing care for all residents and for maintaining a homely, supportive and stimulating enviroment to improve or sustain the residents quality of life.

  • Complete and contribute to nursing assessments and person‑centred care plans, ensuring safe medicines management in line with NMC standards.
  • Deliver holistic, high‑quality care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and mental health needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure care environment, following infection control, health & safety, safeguarding, and security procedures.
  • Work in accordance with the NMC Code, maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents, risks, concerns, or complaints appropriately.
  • Lead, support, and supervise care staff, contributing to training and development, and working closely with the management team in meetings and service improvement.

  • Registered Nurse (adult) with active pin.
  • Experience working with care home environment is desirable.
  • Computer Literate and excellent inter-personal skills
  • In good physical and mental health in order to meet the requirements of the role
