Out of Hours Care Coordinator (Hartlepool) Based from TEC House (Hartlepool - TS24) The Out of Hours Care Coordinator role is ONLY to work every OTHER Saturday and Sunday working 6am to 2pm AND 2pm to 1030pm on a rotational basis.
