Mental Healthcare Assistant (HCA) Band 2/3 - In Swansea Area

This opportunity is to cover Monday - Sunday, Day shifts, during the hours of 8am-8pm. Various Working Shifts Available. Key Responsibilities:

Identifying patients to be assessed

Developing appointment slots

Obtaining information of SMI and LD Lists from General Practice

Liaising with mental health teams about patients also under their care

Making sure patients are comfortable

Helping patients move around

Washing and dressing patients

Taking basic observations and updating patient records

Keeping departments tidy and ensuring equipment is clean

Serving meals and helping patients eat What We Offer:
