Band 5 Community Nurse – Agency / Locum Location: Bridgnorth Community Hospital – South East Locality Pay: Competitive + £0.45 per mile mileage Hours: 7-day rota | 08:00–18:00 (long days) or 08:00–16:00 / 08:30–16:30 / 10:00–18:00 Why Join Us

Deliver high-quality care in community settingsManage complex and simple wound care, including compression therapyProvide end-of-life care and patient supportAdminister medications safelyPerform catheterisation (male, female & suprapubic)Support with bowel care and insulin administrationUse and manage syringe driversConduct Doppler assessments and compression bandaging Requirements
Active NMC registration (RGN)Minimum 6 months recent NHS Community/District Nursing experienceCompetent in required clinical skill setMust be a driver with access to a carRight to work in the UKFully compliant and available to start ASAP
