Job description
Mayflower Medical Centre, on behalf of Stour Estuary PCN, are currently seeking an experienced advanced nurse practitioner to work within the Pro Active Care Team across our PCN which also includes Ardleigh Surgery, Fronks Road Surgery, Harewood Surgery and Riverside Health Centre. This role is offered on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027, subject to continued funding and will be on a part time basis of 19 hours per week, mainly community based.
